Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping
We offer the following domestic shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Available on all orders. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Available for eligible destinations. Additional charges apply.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 (standard shipping only).
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by their country. Maxoratide has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Please note that all our products are labeled For Research Use Only. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the import of our products complies with the laws and regulations of their country.
Packaging & Cold Chain
All peptide products are carefully packaged in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain integrity during transit. We use pharmaceutical-grade cold chain packaging for temperature-sensitive shipments.
We recommend inspecting your shipment upon arrival. If packaging appears damaged, please document with photographs before opening and contact our support team immediately.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use this number to track your shipment via our carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking information. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@maxoratide.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
Maxoratide is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
