Our Refund Philosophy
At Maxoritide, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of research peptides — which require careful handling and cold chain integrity — our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following circumstances:
• You received a product different from what you ordered.
• Your product arrived visibly damaged or with compromised packaging.
• Your order was lost in transit and cannot be located after investigation.
• You received a product that fails quality verification (supported by documentation).
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Products returned due to buyer's remorse or change of mind.
• Products where improper storage or handling after delivery has caused degradation.
• Orders where incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.
• International orders held or seized by customs.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@maxoratide.com with the following information:
• Your order number and full name.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging (required for damaged/incorrect item claims).
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a monetary refund, at our discretion.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting support@maxoratide.com Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you need to cancel after dispatch, please wait for the order to arrive and then initiate a return request if eligible.
